6. Damaged, Lost, or Delivered Packages
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

We will review your request and provide a resolution in accordance with this policy.
Lost Packages (In Transit)
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:
